Great Product
Works perfectly as described. Easy to remove rotating brush to clear hair wrapped around. This process is only needed occasionally. Just be careful to switch vac off so you don't accidentally vacuum up the small plastic door covering one end of the rotating brush. Low profile makes it easy to go under furniture.

This was only the second time I used it. I just started using it and it broke. I’m so upset .I’m hoping I can get a new one or my money back!!
