    I built many types of air filters when I worked at Air Maze in Bedford Heights Ohio. Small air filters for chain saws up to air filters for ocean liner ships which I had to stand inside the filter to assemble it they were so large. The pleating of the fabric is good for capturing particulates and the anchors of rubber like material at each end seat the the filter media and hold it in place quite well. I will continue buying these for my central vacuum system.
